How to submit a support ticket? Print

  1. Log into, https://webcentralstation.com/clientarea.php.
  2. Once logged in, click the Tickets Button located in the upper section of the screen.
  3. From the Support Tickets screen, click the Open Ticket link located in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
  4. Choose the department your inquiry is related to.  You will have the following options:
    1. Support
    2. Billing
    3. Sales
    4. Training
  5. Complete the required fields, and click the Submit link.
