- Log into, https://webcentralstation.com/clientarea.php.
- Once logged in, click the Tickets Button located in the upper section of the screen.
- From the Support Tickets screen, click the Open Ticket link located in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen.
- Choose the department your inquiry is related to. You will have the following options:
- Support
- Billing
- Sales
- Training
- Complete the required fields, and click the Submit link.
